Our Tech Support Department includes an in-house call center, Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm, as well as Field Service technicians to resolve any issues. Product Registration

By registering the serial number of your SMART Technologies and NEC products, you may extend the warranties, and take advantage of additional benefits directly from the manufacturer.

Warranty Information

Service Contracts

Tequipment's service contracts cover labor for in-warranty or out-of-warranty repair work.

If your products are in-warranty, and the damaged part is covered, the service contract will cover the labor for any installation/repair with the in-warranty replacement part.

If your products are out-of-warranty, and the damaged part is not covered, you would have to purchase the replacement part and the service contract will cover the labor for any installation/repair with the replacement part.
