Standard Installation Services

When you purchase your SMART Board equipment, you may be entitled to free set-up of your equipment. Working within a certain radius of our offices, you may receive complimentary set-up of your SMART Boards and accessories.

Standard installations are schedule either on the same day or in close proximity to the date you receive delivery of your equipment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING INSTALLATION:
To keep things running smoothly for both the school and for Tequipment, we confirm all appointments prior to the date of installation. If you have a confirmed appointment and cancel less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled installation date, you will forfeit this complimentary service.

Once you forfeit this service, we can be contacted to schedule a new date for installation at our regular service call fee of $150 for the first 30 minutes and $65 for each hour after the initial 30 minutes. Payment in the form of a credit card given prior to the installation date will be required and you will receive an invoice for your records indicating the total time spent on-site to complete the installation.
