Once you have placed your order, or, in some cases prior to ordering, you will receive our complimentary and comprehensive site survey (if needed). We will come to your location to discuss your specific requirements, measure your spaces, and identify any special requirements to create the optimum learning environment for your classrooms. We will review your selected SMART Technologies products, and assess and verify that the equipment you have chosen is the right match for the space and your specific needs.
Detailed measurements of each room are used to develop a schematic for the equipment installation, including the actual position of the SMART Board interactive whiteboard, projector and any additional product placements. At this time wall and ceiling surfaces are inspected and cable requirements determined. The schematics are then reviewed and approved by you prior to installation.
